You are invited to join us for an unforgettable epicurean adventure curated by local chef Itamar Abramovitch. The evening will feature a seated dinner set at a rustic table amongst the orchard and grapevines. Chef Itamar specializes in live cooking over an open flame with a heavy focus on creating dishes around whatever the land provides. Highlights will include a crudo of halibut with whole smoked pineapples and New York strip steaks grilled to perfection on Black Betty, Itamar’s mobile smoker. To honor the tradition of Tomatoville, tomatoes will be featured throughout the evening. Click here to view the menu.
