The evening will feature live music from Hill Family favorite, Charlie Jensen, followed by a seated dinner set at rustic tables amongst the orchard and grapevines. Chef Itamar specializes in live cooking over an open flame with a heavy focus on creating dishes around whatever the land provides. Highlights will include oysters on the half shell and fillet medallions grilled to perfection on Black Betty, Itamar’s mobile smoker.
