Tomatoville: Dinner Under the Oaks 2026
You are invited to join us for an unforgettable epicurean adventure curated by local chef Itamar Abramovitch. The evening will feature live music from Hill Family favorite, Charlie Jensen, followed by a seated dinner set at rustic tables amongst the orchard and grapevines. Chef Itamar specializes in live cooking over an open flame with a heavy focus on creating dishes around whatever the land provides. Highlights will include oysters on the half shell and fillet medallions grilled to perfection on Black Betty, Itamar’s mobile smoker. To honor the tradition of Tomatoville, tomatoes will be featured throughout the evening.
