Our focus is on your enjoyment. We always have a curated menu for your flight, but we are by no means bound to that. If you prefer white wines, red wines, Bordeaux-style wines, Burgundy-style wines or unusual grape varieties, we are happy to make substitutions and to tailor your experience to your palate.
If you are new to wine, we would love to initiate you into the wonderful world of the vine. We see guests at all levels of wine knowledge, from complete beginners to seasoned winemakers.
