Hill Family Estate, one of the best wineries in Yountville has created a special package of wine consisting of 2020 Rosé of Pinot Noir and 2018 Clarke Vineyard Syrah. These wines are being offered to the Hill Family Estate mailing list with a “BAT” (bacon/arugula/tomato) recipe from Peter Jacobsen. Hill Family Estate believes that Rosé and Syrah are a match made in heaven when it comes to the natural acidity found in tomatoes and smokiness of the bacon. The 2020 Rosé of Pinot Noir offers aromas of fragrant strawberry and kiwi. The palate is bright and bouncy with flavors of green kiwi and wild yellow plum flavors leading to a clean finish. This wine is lovely to enjoy while overlooking the Yountville vineyards at Hill Family Estate winery.

Since 2010, Hill Family Estate has hosted a party in Napa Valley called, Tomtoville.
